During
your stay at the resort, you must
treat yourself to a true dining
experience where all of our
cuisine is served homemade and
delicious.

The
food on our menu ranges from
chicken to seafood, but the
Hitch'N'Rail favourites are our
Danish Baby Back Ribs served
in Gail's thick homemade rib
sauce and our huge clubhouse
made with homemade bread fresh
from the oven with real meats.
Our chicken and veal parmesans
are a must try along with our
seafood platter for two.

Our salads are made with only
fresh veggies and all the
dressings are made by Gail. And
you must try our famous sourdough
bread -- you can even buy it by
the loaf in our store! |

All of our desserts are made here
at the Hitch'N'Rail and after you
